Strategic. Visionary. Results-Driven.
I’m Claudia Neba, a freelance marketing strategist with over a decade of experience helping brands scale through SEO, content strategy, paid media, email marketing, and brand positioning. I’ve built marketing functions from the ground up for SaaS platforms, e-commerce startups, and lifestyle brands, driving measurable growth across every stage of the funnel.
My career spans leadership roles at companies like NextMove by Cintra, where I optimized ROI and reduced CAC by 36% through data-driven channel strategies. As Head of Marketing at PeopleAdmin, I built the team and strategy that exceeded pipeline goals and elevated brand visibility. I’ve also led marketing for tech and lifestyle brands, including a streetwear company where I drove 213% YOY revenue growth.
What sets me apart is my ability to zoom out for strategic vision and zoom in for tactical execution. I combine creative storytelling with analytical rigor to deliver campaigns that convert, not just perform. Whether it’s launching a new product, refining brand messaging, or scaling paid media, I bring clarity, structure, and momentum to every engagement.
“I think there is beauty in everything. What ‘normal’ people perceive as ugly, I can usually see something of beauty in it.””
I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Denver, Colorado, where I learned to love mountains, hustle, and a good challenge. That competitive spirit took me all the way to Rutgers University, where I played Division I volleyball on a full-ride scholarship.
When I’m not building marketing strategies or optimizing funnels, you’ll find me giving back. I’m proud to volunteer with organizations like the Junior League of Austin and Genesis Women’s Shelter, supporting causes that empower women and strengthen communities.
At home, I’m outnumbered by my two four-legged sidekicks: Coco, a sassy Frenchie who thinks she runs the house, and Cali, a sweet Pitbull with a heart of gold. They’re my daily reminder to play hard, nap often, and always show up with love.
